At Alison Body Jewels, customer satisfaction and hygiene safety are extremely important to us.

Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully before placing your order.


Hygiene & Safety Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, piercing jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

This policy helps ensure:

  • customer safety

  • product hygiene

  • safe body jewellery standards

As body jewellery comes into direct contact with skin and piercings, we do not accept returns on opened or used jewellery items.


Return Eligibility

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • wrong product was delivered

  • item arrives damaged

  • defective product received

To be eligible:

  • item must be unused

  • product must remain in original packaging

  • return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • damaged jewellery

  • broken item

  • incorrect product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number

  • clear photos/videos

  • package images

Our team will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or suitable resolution.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for:

  • damaged items

  • incorrect products

  • manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be submitted within:

  • 48 hours after delivery

Approved exchanges will be processed based on product availability.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened piercing jewellery

  • used jewellery

  • worn products

  • sale items

  • customized jewellery

  • products damaged after use

This is strictly due to hygiene and safety standards.


Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed only if:

  • replacement is unavailable

  • order is cancelled before dispatch

  • eligible return request is approved

Approved refunds are usually processed within:

  • 5–10 business days

depending on the original payment method.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
